The main difference between Soursop Fruit Pulp and Soursop Fruit Speck is that the Speck is completely hand processed. Removal of seeds and peel are all hand prepared so there has been no machine processing involved.
Grown in Colombia’s best orchards, we pick the best Soursop at their perfect stage of ripeness then remove the peel and seeds preserving all its natural fibre. Immediately after the soursop fruit speck is frozen to preserve the purity and nutritional properties of the fruit.
